We are excited to announce our recent partnership with the Golden Eagles as they launch their new student-athlete development initiative, the Marquette Map. Members of Marquette’s athletic leadership have long advocated a more holistic approach to student-athlete development–and Game Plan’s student-athlete development platform will serve as an invaluable tool for them moving forward.
The Marquette Map program segments the student-athlete experience into academic, personal, and professional stages of development. The program outlines a specific curriculum and requirements for student-athletes in the areas of personal and professional development across the four years of their college experience.
This program aligns perfectly with Game Plan’s vision for the future of student-athlete development. Similar to Marquette’s program, Game Plan’s Five Stages of Student-Athlete Development stresses the importance of segmenting the student-athlete experience into key stages in order to apply developmental resources appropriately.
Armed with Game Plan’s powerful student-athlete development platform, eLearning modules, and assessments, Marquette is poised for success as they look to implement their new initiative starting this fall. Welcome aboard Golden Eagles!
