Gearing Up for NACE 2017 in Las Vegas

By June 2, 2017 No Comments

Game Plan has had a busy last few weeks! With most colleges just starting summer sessions and finishing up the academic year, we’re ready for summer planning to begin. Not only are we working on updates to the Game Plan platform for the 2017-18 academic year, we’ve also been preparing for some industry events that will take place soon.download

Next week in Las Vegas, thousands will be gathering to meet, network and learn at the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Conference. We’re particularly excited about this event because it’s our first year participating. We’re also looking forward to meeting with colleagues, employers, recruiters and colleges to discuss the latest news and trends from around the industry.

Not only will we be exhibiting along side some of the best at NACE 2017, but we’ll also be presenting on Friday morning (June 9) on the topic of hiring student-athletes and working with athletic departments and career services. We’re anticipating some great discussion on the subject!

The event also has a great line up of speakers for each day of the conference – the keynote speakers in particular are sure to present great conversation. Highlights include:

  • Sarah Lewis – Author of the Rise and Guest Editor of Aperture magazine’s “Vision & Justice” Summer 2016 issue
  • Mike Walsh – Futurist, Innovation and Technology Speaker, and Authority on Emerging Markets
  • Tracey Wilen – Thought Leader on the Future of the Workforce
  • Richard Montanez – Visionary Multicultural Leader and Vice president, North American Division, PepsiCo

In addition, there’s already some great conversation occurring online in anticipation of the week’s events.

If you’ll be there, contact us to schedule a demo to stop by booth 123 to say hi! We’d love to meet with you.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
