Based on our customers’ feedback, Game Plan Customer Success has announced that our popular webinar series “Game Plan Academy” will be renewed for the 2019 Spring semester. Starting in January 2019, Game Plan will host bi-weekly webinars covering various topics that will help student-athlete development professionals improve the usage and impact of the Game Plan platform.
2017 Series
Game Plan Academy started in the Fall of 2017 with webinars that covered topics such as:
- Acclimating New Student-Athletes to Your School and Program
- eLearning and eWorkshops
- Career Planning – The Time is Now
- Personality Assessments and Player Development
- How to Onboard Employers
- Addressing Platform Fatigue
After overwhelming positive feedback from our customers, we have decided to renew the series and revisit old topics while also introducing new subject matter.
Game Plan Academy
Game Plan Academy is open to current Game Plan customers as well as other professionals in the industry. These 30 minute webinars are designed to provide suggestions, best practices, and other information on relevant issues in student-athlete development. Blog posts and invitations will follow as 2019 kicks off.
Suggestions for topics and content is always welcome. If you would like to see webinars covering specific areas please reach out to me directly at christian@gameplanworks.wpengine.com. Also, all webinar recordings will be available 2 days after each webinar concludes.
Game Plan Wednesday Office Hours
Game Plan Customer Success Manager, Shannon Kenedy, is also holding an “office hour” every Wednesday afternoon from 1:00pm – 2:00pm EST. These weekly “Wednesday Game Plan Office Hours” will be an open time where she will walk through the features of Game Plan and discuss best practices.
These sessions will be a good way to provide product training to new employees or those less familiar with the platform, learn new insights into best practices, or get questions answered.
